So, let's add a little pep to your step by checking out and implementing our favorite Good Morning Rituals.
No More Snooze- see if you can wake on your first alarm, we know the temptation of hitting snooze and getting 5 more minutes but in the long run, it is counterproductive and can make you feel even more tired.
Splish/splash- as an ayurvedic ritual practice splash your face with cold water and clean the morning fog out of your eyes.
Move- go for a jog, walk the dog, or do some yoga and get your blood moving to awaken every stagnant and tired muscle.
Meditate- A morning meditation is one of the best ways to set the tone for your day. A regular practice can give us more presence throughout the day and allows us to act instead of react.
Lemon Water- about an hour before breakfast enjoy a warm cup of lemon water to kick start your digestion and clean out your liver.
Write- write your pretty little heart out; make your to do list, journal, or plan out the coming day.
